Don't know a dumbbell from a barbell? Join Personal Trainer Linda Sullivan, NSCA, CPT for a training session to learn basic exercise concepts, proper weightlifting techniques, and how to incorporate flexibility into your exercise routine. Determine what type of exercise is best for your needs and learn injury modifications. The session will be held on Tuesday October 18 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the Modern Maturity Fitness Center. The cost is $25 Member and $35 Non-Members. The registration deadline October 11. Maximum of 20 participants. Please register at the Fitness Center or with Member Services.
