Travel through the Bucktown area, where Harriet Tubman lived and worked as a child. Ride by and learn about important landmarks like the Brodess Farm, the Bucktown Village Store, and Scott's Chapel. Visit the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad State Park & Visitor Center. See exhibits that display how this region shaped Harriet's early years and discuss her work as a freedom fighter, leader, and liberator. travel through the Woolford/Madison area, where Harriet Tubman was born, and worked alongside her father around Parsons Creek. This was where Harriet learned many of the skills that she used later in life during her 13 rescue missions north. See important landmarks like Parsons Creek/Stewart's Canal and the New Revived Church. Visit the Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center in downtown Cambridge, Maryland. The museum offers exhibits that detail the life and accomplishments of Harriet Tubman, and features a powerful and moving mural of Harriet, that has attracted attention from all over the country.

9:30 a.m. - Meet Step-On Tour Guide at Dorchester County Visitors Center
10:30 a.m. - Visit the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center
12:45 p.m. - Seafood "buffet-style" Meal at Old Salty's Restaurant & Gift Shop, Hoopers Island. Meal typically includes crab cakes (one per person), baked chicken, clam strips, fried fish nuggets, corn, salad, and an assortment of pie slices for dessert. Water and iced tea are included for drinks.
3:15 p.m. - Visit the Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center, with mural in Cambridge, MD
4:30 p.m. - Conclusion of Tour
6:30 p.m. - return to MMC
